Known for their Italian fine dining and incomparable terrace, Ristorante Beatrice definitely needs no introduction to Montrealers. This Montreal institution has decided to celebrate the opening of their terrace and their 20th anniversary with a “Beatrice Classics” menu. Yup, that means they’re bringing back some of their most popular dishes from the archives – truffle mac and cheese, spinach malfatti, and the veal chop Milanese – just to name a few.
Beatrice organized a beautiful lunch to celebrate the milestone and I got to sample some of the classics – trust me, they did not disappoint!
So if you haven’t visited Beatrice in a while, you should definitely head back this summer, 1) To soak up the sun on their amazing terrace, and 2) To be reintroduced to their classics.
