Brunch in a [Bloom]ing Neighbourhood
1940 Rue Centre, Montréal, QC H3K 1J2
Located a little off the beaten path in Pointe St Charles, a BLOOM-ing (hehe) neighbourhood, Café Bloom serves a pretty sweet brunch. I shared the Tartine du Brunch (rye bread topped with scrambled eggs & mushrooms served with two salads) and Tartine Ratatouille (rye bread topped with a well-spiced ratatouille and a fried egg, also served with two salads). This is a lovely place to brunch where you will find old souls holding newspapers as opposed to phones, and see couples and families engaging in, wait for it……conversation! Worth going out of your way for.
