The successful second location of Café Gentile in Westmount has decided to do us all a favour by serving brunch on Sundays!!! They threw a media launch this passed Sunday and I got to taste a few of their new brunch items inspired by Sicily and Nonna Gentile’s Cucina. A truffle scrambled egg breakfast sandwich with mortadella accompanied by the perfect breakfast potatoes was definitely the star for me. There were also several items on menu for more health conscious brunchers. Keep in mind that as with lunch and dinner, they do not take reservations – but they DO serve one of my favourite cappucino’s in the city to make that Sunday morning wait a little more bearable!
